Richard E. Aune, J.D.
Rick is a graduate of University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Rick is an ERISA attorney, practicing in the benefits field since 1978.  He is of counsel to Dietrich Glasrud, Mallek & Aune, a business law and civil litigation law firm in Fresno, California.

Although his law practice is separate from his work as President and consultant to TBS, he supervises the technical research and consultation related to benefit issues.  Rick has served as a consultant to numerous benefit plans, plan sponsors, and other professional service providers. 

Clyde W. Ford, MBA, CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist)   
Clyde is a graduate of California State University Fresno with a Master's degree in Business Administration.  Clyde has completed and received certification as an Employee Benefits Specialist from the International Association of Employee Benefits, University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School. Clyde is Vice President of TBS and has worked with the firm since l984.   He is an employee benefit consultant and supervises the data processing and information systems. Clyde is a Registered Investment Advisor and holds the NASD Series 7, 63 and 65. He has served as a member of United Cerebral Palsy's local and National Board of Directors.  He is currently a member the California State University Fresno Craig School of Business Alumni Board and the CSUF Alumni Foundation Board of Directors. Clyde has spoken regularly on benefit administration issues addressing investment advisors, CPAs, and professional organizations nationally.

Kimberley M. Sturges, CPC, QPA, QKA (Certified Pension Consultant, Qualified Plan Administrator, Qualified 401(k) Administrator)
Kim is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Economics. She is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries where she has completed advanced courses of study leading up to her professional designations. Kim has over 20 years of experience in the retirement planning field and serves as the technical consultant to TBS, specializing in plan design, plan documentation, and compliance regulations. She is also the Educational Coordinator and provides in-service training for TBS personnel.

Linda J. Hendrix, CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist)
Linda is a graduate of California State University Fresno with a degree in Economics. Linda has over 20 years of experience in the retirement planning business and is the coordinator of the Flexible Benefits and Trust Accounting Departments at TBS. She has completed an advanced course of study through The International Foundation of Employee Benefits, University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist where she is a current member in good standing. Linda has spoken regularly at Employee Benefit Health Fairs and Trade Shows on Flexible Benefit Plans.

Rebecca A. Myers, MS
Rebecca graduated with a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of Florida. She was formerly a managing senior consultant for Towers Perrin; Cresap, McCormick and Paget and McKinsey. She has supervised major human resource department audits, including compensation and job design consulting projects for the States of Alaska, Louisiana, Connecticut and many municipalities. Rebecca is a benefit consultant and customer service representative for TBS's East Coast office based in Burke, Virginia.

Carla Aguirre
Carla graduated from California Fresno with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Marketing.  Carla has been with TBS for eighteen years and supervises the overall office administrative functions as well as the Human Resources Department and the Billing and Accounting Departments.

Mark has been consulting and managing pension and profit sharing plans for over 30 years.  He is an Accredited Pension Administrator, a designation earned through the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA).  Mark R. Sconyers & Associates is an independent consulting company headquartered in Modesto, California.
